Prior Graduate Transcript Requests
If you are a graduate of North Andover High School and need a copy of your transcript, please email the Guidance Administrative Assistant, Michelle Fallis at fallism@northandoverpublicschools.com. Please include your full name (including maiden name), date of birth, year of graduation, telephone number, and number of transcripts needed. Please indicate the mailing address or email address of where you would like the transcript sent. There is a fee of $3.00 per transcript requested.
